A magnificent antique white cotton nightgown, a testament to early 20th-century nightwear. Its loose, long cut, slightly gathered neckline, and short sleeves give it that simple and delicate silhouette typical of antique linen.

Made entirely of 100% cotton and hand-stitched, it is adorned with two small embroidered pink letters on the chest, a discreet detail that adds a lot of charm and recalls these pieces once carefully marked with their owner's initials.

Today, it can, of course, continue to be worn as a nightgown, but it is so pretty that it can also become a loose white dress for summer, in a romantic country style.

A word from Ginette

I particularly love this one for everything it tells. 🤍 More than a century of history, artisanal craftsmanship, and those two small embroidered initials that let us imagine who it might have belonged to… This is exactly the kind of antique treasure I love to unearth.

💐 A piece carefully chosen by Mademoiselle Ginette to keep the treasures of the past alive.
