General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
Effective June 12, 2026
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales concluded between Laurie ENGEL (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and any non-professional buyer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") on the mademoiselleginette.com website.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of consultation. Each product is presented with a description and photographs. The Seller reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Order
The Customer's validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these GTC. Any order placed on the website constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the Customer and the Seller.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online by the methods offered on the website at the time of the order. Payment is secured.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer. Delivery charges are the responsibility of the Customer and are indicated before the order is confirmed. Delivery times are given as an indication. In case of delay, the Seller cannot be held responsible.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Article 8 – Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 9 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or strike of postal services and means of transport.
Article 10 – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. The Customer may also use the online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Failing an amicable resolution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
